Inter-School League Qualifiers

Format

– Competition Format: 5v5 Teams + 1 Reserve for each team

– Match Format: League Format

Search & Destroy / Team Flag Match / Team Death Match

– TFM Maps: Sandstorm I, Xi-Tang, Broken Cage, Hunting

– SD Maps: Broken City I, Crack Down, Sandstorm II, Titan Valley

League Rules

League Group Drafting

– Drafting will be done during the Cyber Gaming Festival workshop.

– Full team attendance (including reserve) is compulsory, during the drafting.

– Workshop date will be disseminated to participating teams on confirmation.

League Point Allocation

– Winning team of each match will score 3 points.

– Losing team will score 0 points.

– Top 2 teams of each group will move on to the Grand Finals.

Tie-Breaker

– Will be played only in the case of 2 teams tied at second place in the group.

– Winning team will qualify for the Grand Finals.

– Players are to play Team Death Match.

– This round there will only have 80 points and time taken will be 10 minutes.

– Map used for this round will be Pipeline only.

– All players are allowed to use *cash and gachapon weapons that are not banned.

– Cash Tactics is not allowed.

– Partnership is allowed.

Assault Rifles(AR): M60, Enfield Woodlands, Enfield, Famas Camo, Holy Shotgun, SIG552 Forest, MASS-NZ1100, M1 Carbine, MG42, MP40

Submachine Gun(SMG): Uzi-NZ1, PPSH41, MAT49

Sniper Rifle(SR): Barrett, Cheytac

Melee: Meat Hammer

Miscellaneous: Fast Respawn Item, Multi Weapon Item, Flash Frag, T1 Grenade, Model24 Grenade, MK2 Grenade, Scope, Silencers

Others: US Airborne (Character)

Note: All items from the BlackShot 1941 patch is not allowed.

Selection of Maps

– Players are to play Team Death Match

– One side to be played, 5 minutes, 20 points.

– Map used for this round will be Panic Space only.

– All players are allowed to use melee only.

– Cash Tactics is not allowed.

– Grenade is not allowed.

– The team that scores the most points wins.

– The team who wins will choose the TFM map.

-Team Flag Match-

– Each game consist of 1 maps, players are to play both sides of the maps.

– Every side is 120 points and amount of time will be 10 minutes.

– The team who won in the knife match will choose the map.

– All players are allowed to use *cash and gachapon weapons that are not banned.

– Cash Tactics not allowed.

– Patnership is allowed.

Search & Destroy Match

– Each game consist of 1 maps, players are to play both sides of the maps.

– Every side is 5 rounds and amount of time will be 2 minute 30 seconds for each round.

– Map will be chosen by the losing team of TFM and side will be chosen by the winning team of TFM.

– All players are allowed to use *cash and gachapon weapons that are not banned.

– After players have died, they are to click away into the 3rd person view and no communication allowed.

– 1 sniper allowed at all times in each team.

– Cash Tactics is not allowed.

– Patnership is allowed.

Unfair play

The following actions will be considered unfair play:

(1) The use of any cheat program and/or map hack program.

(2) An intentional disconnection.

(3) The use of any settings exceeding the standard and permitted settings.

(4) Clearly allowing an opponent to win a match.

(5) Unsportsmanlike behavior or, in general, disruptive (e.g. shouting), inappropriate and/or unprofessional actions directed towards another player (even inside the game).

(6) The use of a program bug that is determined by the board of referees as being unfair.

(7) During the course of the event, the board of referees may determine other actions to embody unfair play.

(8) False declaration of surrendering (e.g. typing gg/it’s over).

(9) Any “unnecessary chatting” during the match.

“Unnecessary chatting” means any chatting other than the cases listed below:

(a) Greeting messages between the players;

(b) Any message to highlight game errors or bugs.

If a referee decides that external conditions (Press, Team Leader, Player, Spectator, etc) are giving or have given an unfair advantage to a player, the player may be given a warning or lose by default at the referee’s sole discretion.

Teams that want to report their opponents for unfair play should do so during or immediately after the game to their game referee.

Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, the offending player, at the sole discretion of the board of referees, may receive a warning, a forfeit loss or, in extreme cases, be disqualified from the tournament.

Personal Equipment

Players bringing their personal gaming equipment (headset, mouse, keyboard, etc) are required to seek authorisation from tournament referees prior to usage.

Team Communication

Usage of Skype will be allowed during the tournament. Kindly seek authorisation for other programs.

Final provisions

Tournament referees may amend any of the aforementioned rules at their sole discretion.

  2. i have currently posted the form of my team for the competition blackshot, is that considered as registered? or must i go down to register?

      Your registration will be confirmed on payment of the registration fee at Casi LAN Gaming Club (Thomson Garden Estate, 224 Upp Thomson Road).

  4. can i ask once again, does the inter-school competition requires the teacher’s permission to enter?

    • Hi Alvin,

      Yes. For secondary schools and junior colleges, we require the school’s endorsement of the team’s involvement, hence the need for a teacher in charge.

      If you are facing problems with gettig a teacher, do let us know and we’ll try our best to help.

      Your teacher in charge will be responsible for the conduct and safety of your team throughout the tournament and activities.

      As an incentive, we will be giving out T-shirts and goodie bags to the teachers also. (:

  9. My Teacher Said, must he attend the camp?
    and he might be late because he has classes. on the competition days.

    • Yes. The teacher-in-charge is to be present for both the camp and competition, however, it is ok to be late. 🙂

      Do note that the teacher-in-charge will also receive a participant’s pack as well. 😀

  10. The attending of th camp is it compulsory? Because there will be O Level chinese paper.

      Attending the camp is compulsory.
      To my knowledge, the O Level examination ends in the morning. You can join us after that 😀

  12. 2 of my members have F&N o lvl exam during 3rd of june.so can we lyk get another date??my teachers are aso unable to attend any of the tournament bcos he is bz with preparation of o lvl.i have aso jus send a registration form. i really hope we can join the tournament becos it;s our last year.
